Samantha is a qualified Holistic Therapist with over twenty years offering professional therapeutic support as a Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Vibrational Sound Practitioner. Samantha is also an Intuitive Artist and Women’s Circle facilitator. She runs small workshops, Sound Healing & Goddess Circles. Samantha combines these modalities to Nurture your Wellbeing with Energy Healing.  

Originally from North West England, I moved to Melbourne Australia in 1996 to follow my heart. I’d spent most of my 20’s trying to work out who I was and experienced a lot of anxiety in the process. Working in stressful jobs caused physical pain and anxiety and affected my close relationships. I knew something was missing and it was time for change.

I booked a Reiki Healing session and my intuition told me this was divine timing. As the universal reiki energy flowed, I felt a spontaneous awakening in my body. This amazing experience started my a path of self-discovery, leading to exploration of the multi-dimensional Self.

Yoga and meditation reduced my stress levels and I was able to cope with new challenges. It also helped me understand ‘out of body’ experiences that started around this time. I began to paint and write about the visions of cosmic beings and three-dimensional geometry that appeared during the day or in dreamtime. I re-connected with magical childhood worlds of faery and nature spirits and the Goddess in her angelic form.

Over the last fifteen years I have come to understand these beautiful visions and thankfully met with others who also experience similar connections. I love to help women understand their spiritual natures and created my holistic therapy practice in 2015 to do just that.I channel and share the inspiration of these spiritual energies in my artwork, writing and energy healing work. My paintings, prints and cards carry the energy of healing and transformation within their images.

I share my story here, because many women have similar experiences and challenges, burying them deep within their psyche. The physical pain, anxiety and depression this can cause is harmful to our wellbeing and blocks our self-expression.

If you find you are hiding your intuitive feelings and are confused or afraid of your psychic gifts then it’s time to connect with your tribe! The first step is to nurture your energy and experience the difference it makes.

Our bodies hold emotional experiences in every cell. Sound Healing and Crystal Reiki can gently release the energetic imprint of these experiences in a way that complements and transcends psychological counselling.

Vibrational Sound Healing became an integral part of my self-healing tool-kit because it changed my life. As a qualified Vibrational Sound Healing & Energy Practitioner I offer an authentic experience of self- empowerment and transformation.

Journey with the Goddess

I love being among the trees and native wildlife of my home in the Dandenong Ranges. This quiet haven gives me inspiration and is a perfect place to paint and work.

In 2007 on a visit to Glastonbury Tor, England I visited the beautiful Chalice Well gardens at the foot of the famous hill. In the magical gardens I experienced the ‘Lady of Avalon’ energy for the first time.

 The sacred feminine energy of the ‘Lady of Avalon’ lives within each leaf and flower and flows in the waters of the ancient spring. She reaches out as you walk the pathways lined with moss and pebbles stained red from the waters below the Tor. Her energy is gentle yet powerful and leaves you with a feeling of being home in the arms of the Great Mother.

Back in Melbourne, the Goddess energy continued to flow into my meditations and energy sessions. She has been a constant source of creative inspiration for my ‘Art from Soul’ artwork.

Moon Phases

Understanding how your mind, body and spirit is affected by the moon’s phases will help you navigate emotional high and lows through your 28 day cycle.

New and Full Moons realign our subtle energetic emotional and spiritual bodies. New Moon is an ideal time to reflect inwards and create a list what you want to manifest over the coming month. You may feel like you want to withdraw from company and focus quietly on ideas and creative projects. The energy is nurturing and takes on the nature of the astrological signt through which the moon is passing (takes two and a half days per sign.)

Full Moon is a time to celebrate achievements, to share and release. The energy is high voltage and sleep may be light-on.
